Muller Softjaw) is compliant, disposable insert constructed of medical grade silicone.  Its smooth surface distributes pressure and minimizes trauma by taking the form of irregular structures, such as indwelling catheters.  The Soft insert is used primarily with either the compliant Safe insert or the hard plastic Traction insert.  A double Soft Insert pair is also available for maximum atraumatic occlusion. The Safe Insert (analogous to the V.
