To make a free and uncoerced choice from among any available medical products and supplies. 3. Not to be coerced or forced to use any particular product. 4. Not to be threatened by equipment manufacturers with restricted servicing and dishonored repair contracts because of peripheral disposable products you choose to use. 5. Not to be harassed or inconvenienced by slowed, delayed or refused service on a manufacturer’s equipment because you have exercised your right to use alternative products. 6. To consumer protection and legal recourse afforded by antitrust and anti-monopoly legislation in regards to the usage of alternative parts or supplies with a manufacturer’s equipment. window |
